Share the association's practice ice fairly, team by team
Paste the ice your association holds and your teams, set the hours each team should get, who may share half or third ice, the curfews and the coach conflicts, and Icesheet allocates the season. Every team short of its target is named with the reason. Then print each team's schedule.

Icesheet has no server to send them to: the allocation runs on this page, your season is saved in this browser only, and there is no account and no upload. No player names are needed, and coach conflicts are entered as pairs of teams, not names. Save a backup file whenever you like.
How it works
- Paste the ice. One slot per row: arena, pad, date, start and end, full, half or third ice, prime or non-prime. Or build weekly slots from your ice contract.
- Paste the teams. Team, division, tier, target hours per week or per season, preferred arena and blackout dates.
- Set the rules. Each division's earliest and latest times and late slot cap, which ice sizes it uses, who may share a slot, one practice a day, the gap between practices, and teams sharing a coach.
- Allocate. Hard rules are never broken silently: a team that cannot reach its target is listed with the hours it got and why, slot by slot.
- Review and print. Drag a team to another slot and the flags update as you move. Lock what is settled, rebalance the rest, then print team schedules and arena sheets.
Hours, shared in proportion
Each team is measured against its own target, so when the ice runs short the teams in a division end up a similar share below it instead of one team losing a whole night.
Prime time spread evenly
Prime slots, the 6 am skates and the late ones are counted per team and evened out within each division. The fairness report shows the numbers.
Coaches in one place at a time
Teams that share a coach never skate at the same time, and a trip between arenas gets the travel time you set.
Your association sets the policy
The association decides the policy, Icesheet applies it. Icesheet has no view on how many hours a U9 team should get or how late a U13 team may skate. It applies the targets, tiers, curfews and caps you enter and tells you plainly what it could not do.
